Who you're buying from
Products on this website are created by Umair Latif under the name Digital Assets ("I", "me"). Payments and file delivery are handled by my store partners, Fourthwall (shop.aiwithdigitalassets.com) and Gumroad. Their checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
What you get
Each product page lists exactly what's included, such as PDF guides, prompt files, worksheets and spreadsheets. You get access to download the files straight after payment. Keep a copy of your files, because download links may expire.
All sales are final
Because these are digital downloads that are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose any right to cancel once the download is available.
If a file is damaged, missing or won't open, email me at contact@aiwithdigitalassets.com and I'll fix it or send a working copy. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Your licence
Your purchase gives you one personal, non-transferable licence.

Updates
I may update products to fix errors or add new material. Updates to the edition you bought are free. I may change prices at any time, and changes don't affect orders already placed.
Liability
Products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits or damages from using my products. If I am found liable, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
